These videos created using iPhones are very effective at giving that extra presentation for your listing and social media marketing, but without breaking your budget. If desired, we can add you in briefly as well. And when possible, we will include a little bit of drone footage as well.
These videos can be done in either a vertical format which is ideal for social media, or in a horizontal format which is better suited for the MLS.
Vertical videos are ideal for social media reels and shorts, and cell photo usage. Horizontal videos are great for MLS listings because they better mesh with the listing photos. These two videos are both of the same property so you can see it captured both ways. You’re welcome to do both if you want!
